"The costs of the camp are all paid by the government. We hope the free training camp can showcase our confidence in China's bid for the 2022 Winter Olympics, and we also hope the physical condition of teenagers can be improved through the running of the camp."

WU HAO, an official from the Changchun Sports Bureau in Jilin province, in detailing an upcoming 16-event winter camp for teenagers. The camp opens on Jan 5.

"Unlike the old generation, those born in the '80s and '90s tend to see funny and relaxing films for entertainment."

Zhang Huijun, president of the Beijing Film Academy, saying the trend toward young moviegoers is obvious, but movies tailored for the young are limited.
