Losang Jamcan, chairman of the Tibet autonomous region, responding to news that the central government will determine a reasonable share of revenue for local governments from the value-added tax, which will replace the business tax nationwide next month.

Fang Wenjun, a judge with No 5 Criminal Tribunal, which specializes in drug cases, says the fight against ketamine is becoming more serious.
