Meng Rouyu, now a junior high school girl, waves in the fields on May 7, 2017 (R) and herself on July 16, 2012 in Nongyong village of Dahua county, South China's Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region. Meng's family has moved into a three-story house and Meng now is interested in singing and dancing.
