China, ROK put Samsung back to work

The first batch of 215 technology professionals from the Republic of Korea resumed their work in Tianjin Binhai New Area on Wednesday, thanks to a rapid-channel established between China and the ROK.
The mechanism allows for Chinese and ROK professionals with health certificates showing no coronavirus within a week to skip quarantine and go straight to work.
They must report their health daily to the authorities in both countries.
