Beijing's inter-provincial bus routes partially suspended

Buses from Beijing to cities and regions in other provinces have been partially suspended on Tuesday and more are likely to stop services on Wednesday, Beijing News and Beijing Daily reported.
Following the discovery of new COVID-19 cases in Beijing, buses to other provinces from Liuliqiao Station in Beijing's Fengtai district, where most cases were confirmed over the last five days, will cease operation on Wednesday, leaving only a few lines in operation, Beijing News reported on Tuesday.
At Beijing Capital International Airport, shuttle buses ceased operation on Tuesday to cities in other provinces, such as routes to Inner Mongolia autonomous region's Chifeng city and Hebei province's Langfang and Baoding cities, according to Beijing Daily.
Only the route from the airport to Yanjiao, a town of Hebei province which is only 30 kilometers? from downtown Beijing, is still running, but with longer intervals, offering two rides a day.
In addition, a bus line from the airport to Tangshan, Hebei province, which was scheduled to open on Tuesday, has postponed its opening.
In addition, buses from Beijing Daxing International Airport to Tangshan and Langfang in Hebei province suspended operation and the date of resumption is subject to further arrangement. As of Tuesday, bus lines from Daxing airport to Baoding, Hebei province are still in service.
