All villages in Xinjiang have doctors: White paper

        BEIJING -- All villages have doctors in China's Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region as the region has established a health services network to serve communities in urban and rural areas, said a white paper on Wednesday.
The document, titled "Respecting and Protecting the Rights of All Ethnic Groups in Xinjiang," was released by the State Council Information Office.
