Tourist town's new look a Han-Tibetan success story

People always say Tibet is one of those places they have to visit in their lifetime, and this town where I'm standing, Lulang International Tourism town, is among the destinations you could see.
The town is a key construction aid project of Guangdong province and also a key tourism development project of the Tibet autonomous region.
This town has helped promote the upgrading of the tourism industry in Nyingchi, while providing employment for local impoverished people and improving the construction of public facilities here.
Local people used to earn a living through farming and raising livestock, but nowadays they make money through tourist businesses.
People in the surrounding villages have already been lifted out of poverty and found a way to wealth, with annual income of 300,000 to 400,000 yuan.
