According to the China Outdoor Sports Industry Development Report (2024–25), the number of outdoor sports participants in China surpassed 400 million as of April, highlighting the industry's rapid growth.
This year's conference underscored the debut economy, tech-driven outdoor innovations, and cross-sector integration. The General Administration of Sport and the National Radio and Television Administration jointly launched the "Exercise with Micro-Dramas" initiative to promote the fusion of sports and cultural creativity.
According to national construction guidelines, Jilin City will accelerate its efforts to create a high-quality outdoor sports destination by promoting the organization of winter events, developing facilities, and introducing innovative participation models.
