A new tax on sales of primary resources, including oil and gas, will be rolled out nationwide, Du Ying, vice chairman of the National Development and Reform Commission, confirmed Thursday. Before going nationwide, the tax will first be rolled out across 12 western provinces, regions and cities, and will be extended to coal sales. Since early June, a 5% tax has been tested in Xinjiang.

國家發(fā)改委副主任杜鷹8日證實，原油和天然氣等資源稅改革將在全國推行。在全國推行啟動之前，資源稅改革將擴大至西部12省區(qū)市，稅改范圍將由油氣拓寬至煤炭銷售領(lǐng)域。今年6月初，資源稅改已經(jīng)率先在新疆試行，稅率為5%。
