A report by consulting firm MyCOS showed college graduates switch jobs twice on average in the 3 years after graduation, the China Youth Daily reported Thursday. 88% of the graduates switching jobs resigned voluntarily instead of being sacked. 31% resigned because they don't think they could develop well in the companies and 25% thought their payment and benefits were not good enough.

 

 

 

 

 

據(jù)《中國青年報(bào)》29日報(bào)道，咨詢公司麥可思日前發(fā)布報(bào)告顯示，大學(xué)畢業(yè)生畢業(yè)3年內(nèi)平均換2份工作，其中88%的人是主動(dòng)離職。在離職原因中，"個(gè)人發(fā)展空間不夠"居首位，占31%，其次是"薪資福利偏低"(25%)。
