Sleeping for 7 hours each night can help you stay healthy, according to new US research. For years, we have been told that 8 hours of sleep provides the best start to the day. But now experts have found that it is 7 hours that brings optimal health – and that more or less sleep may do us harm. A study of more than 30,000 adults found cardiovascular disease is twice as high among those sleeping less than 5 hours a day, compared with those getting 7 hours. Those who slept 9 hours or more also had a markedly increased risk.(See photo)

 

 

 

 

 

美國(guó)一項(xiàng)最新研究結(jié)果顯示,每晚睡7小時(shí)利于健康。多年以來(lái),我們一直認(rèn)為"每天睡足8小時(shí),精力充沛一整天"。然而專(zhuān)家發(fā)現(xiàn),7小時(shí)才是黃金睡眠時(shí)間,睡多睡少都會(huì)有損健康。專(zhuān)家通過(guò)對(duì)3萬(wàn)名成年人進(jìn)行調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),與每天睡足7小時(shí)的人相比,睡眠少于5小時(shí)的,心血管疾病發(fā)病率增加一倍。此外,睡9小時(shí)或以上的患病幾率也顯著增加。(見(jiàn)圖)
