In today's programme Simon and Jean invite our students to sit in our special 'Hot Seat' to practise interview skills. Think about a job you would like to do. Then imagine you are in the hot seat and answer these questions. Try to speak in English for two minutes in response to each question.

• 'Tell us why you would be an ideal candidate 候選人，競(jìng)聘者 for this job.'
• 'Can you tell me about a time when you were involved in a successful project? How was it a success and what was your role in it?'
• 'Can you tell me about a time when you had to persuade somebody to do something for you? What did you do to try to win them over 贏得他們的支持?'

關(guān)于 Simon Cuddihy

Simon 是一位擁有十年英語(yǔ)教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言專(zhuān)家。在過(guò)去的五年里，Simon的主要授課領(lǐng)域?yàn)楦叩冉逃械膶W(xué)術(shù)英語(yǔ)。Simon目前在倫敦政治與經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院任教，主教英語(yǔ)書(shū)寫(xiě)技巧。

關(guān)于董征

董征多年來(lái)一直在BBC國(guó)際臺(tái)擔(dān)任節(jié)目制作和主持工作。她在中英商貿(mào)界也是頗有影響的一位人物。董征在英國(guó)曾先后擔(dān)任過(guò)倫敦證券交易所上 市公司的中國(guó)業(yè)務(wù)總監(jiān)、PLUS上市投資公司集團(tuán)業(yè)務(wù)總監(jiān)等。董征目前在一家中英投資貿(mào)易咨詢業(yè)務(wù)公司擔(dān)任總經(jīng)理。
