 防止酒后駕車(chē)的alcolock（酒精鎖）

酒后駕車(chē)是每個(gè)國(guó)家都面臨的一個(gè)問(wèn)題。雖然各國(guó)都在大力宣傳酒后駕車(chē)的危害，同時(shí)也在加強(qiáng)懲罰力度，但全世界每年因酒后駕車(chē)喪命的人數(shù)仍未見(jiàn)減少。歐美國(guó)家利用酒精濃度測(cè)試儀原理研制了一種新的裝置alcolock（酒精鎖），有了科技的幫助，希望酒后駕車(chē)的現(xiàn)象會(huì)在不遠(yuǎn)的將來(lái)大幅減少。
An alcolock, or more formally a “breath alcohol ignition interlock device” (BAIID), is fitted to a car’s ignition to stop a driver from starting it if he’s over the drink-driving limit. The device is seen as a way to stop people who have been convicted of driving under the influence from offending again.
酒精鎖，正式名稱(chēng)為“酒精氣敏點(diǎn)火自鎖裝置”，是安裝在汽車(chē)的點(diǎn)火裝置內(nèi)以阻止駕車(chē)人在酒精濃度超過(guò)安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時(shí)啟動(dòng)汽車(chē)的裝置。該裝置可以用來(lái)防止有酒后駕車(chē)紀(jì)錄的人再次犯錯(cuò)。
The “alcolock” requires the driver to take a breath-test before the ignition can be turned on and activates a lock if the result is above a certain level.
酒精鎖需要駕車(chē)者在汽車(chē)點(diǎn)火前先進(jìn)行吹氣測(cè)試，如果測(cè)試結(jié)果超過(guò)安全水平，汽車(chē)聯(lián)鎖裝置將會(huì)被激活。
In Sweden 1,500 Volvo trucks have been fitted with the Alcolock.
在瑞典，已經(jīng)有1500輛沃爾沃卡車(chē)安裝了酒精鎖裝置。
