Among them, the most important was the Loyal Guard Award - one of the highest honors given to ordinary soldiers in the force since 1998.
He was conferred the award in 2015 for his performance in an eight-month assignment to safeguard stability in Northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region.
In September, Li was honored to be elected as a delegate candidate to the 19th CPC National Congress.
"As a grassroots Party member, I really cherish this opportunity to attend the congress," Li said. "I will bring the great changes of the grassroots units since the 18th CPC National Congress to Beijing and get the spirit of the new conference."
