Interview: Ronny Tong Ka-wah on HK elections

Senior Counsel Ronny Tong Ka-wah talks to China Daily about the District Council elections in Hong Kong in an interview.
Tong said the HKSAR government would need to consider at least two things: First of all, whether it is safe for the voters of Hong Kong to vote on Nov 24; and second, whether any election to be conducted in these circumstances is fair to all candidates.
