Pema Trinley is from the region's Gongkar county, and his home county has been receiving various support from Hubei.
"I work as a member of the health emergency team at our center, and I had the experience of working with field epidemiology and laboratories in the past," Pema said.
"I was involved in epidemic disease training of West China in 2018, and therefore, I am ready for the mission."
