China Southern resumes flights to and from Hubei

A plane carrying over 190 passengers departed from Yichang Sanxia Airport in Hubei province for Guangzhou in Guangdong province at 4:59 pm on Sunday, initiating the resumption of flights operated by China Southern Airlines to and from Hubei.
With the lockdown of Hubei largely lifted with the improvement in situation in COVID-19 epidemic, the airline's flights between Xiangyang in Hubei and Guangzhou and Xiamen in Fujian province also resumed on Sunday.
Its flights between Shiyan in Hubei and Zhuhai in Guangdong will start on March 31 and its flights from Wuhan, capital of Hubei, and 30 domestic cities are planned to be resumed gradually from April 8.
