The founding of the Communist Party of China was an outstanding historical event which contributed to the changing of the world, said Gyula Thurmer, president of the Hungarian Workers' Party.
The CPC has made historic contributions to the development of socialism with the policy of reform and opening-up, the experience of China's fight against COVID-19 and achievements in elimination of absolute poverty, he added.
"I am convinced that without the Communist Party of China, it wouldn't have been possible to create the socialist People's Republic of China," Thurmer said.
