China Daily reporter Jocelyn Eikenburg has been immersed in the aroma of naan, a representative bread specialty in Northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region.
Eikenburg also got the chance to learn how to make the bread on her visit to the Kashgar Naan Cultural Park as part of her 10-day trip to Xinjiang.
What left her in awe are the kitchens in the cultural park that can produce 500,000 pieces of naan a day.
Watch the tastiest episode of the whole video series that records Jocelyn's trip and shows the true picture of Xinjiang.
