4月21日晚，中國(guó)國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平抵達(dá)印度尼西亞首都雅加達(dá)，應(yīng)印度尼西亞共和國(guó)總統(tǒng)佐科邀請(qǐng)出席亞非領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人會(huì)議和萬(wàn)隆會(huì)議60周年紀(jì)念活動(dòng)。

周二晚，中國(guó)國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平抵達(dá)印度尼西亞，將出席亞非領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人會(huì)議和萬(wàn)隆會(huì)議紀(jì)念活動(dòng)。

萬(wàn)隆會(huì)議（Bandung Conference），又稱第一次亞非會(huì)議（the first Asian-African Conference），是1955年4月18至24日在印度尼西亞萬(wàn)隆召開(kāi)的第一次在沒(méi)有殖民國(guó)家參加的情況下討論亞非事務(wù)的大型國(guó)際會(huì)議。主要目的是促進(jìn)亞非國(guó)家之間的經(jīng)濟(jì)文化交流（promote Afro-Asian economic and cultural cooperation），并共同抵制美國(guó)與蘇聯(lián)的殖民主義和新殖民主義活動(dòng)（oppose colonialism or neocolonialism）。

60年前，29個(gè)國(guó)家擺脫西方殖民統(tǒng)治（extricated themselves from Western colonial rule）聚集在印度尼西亞萬(wàn)隆，高舉“團(tuán)結(jié)、友誼、合作”的旗幟（under the banner of "solidarity, friendship and cooperation"），在求同存異（seek common ground by shelving differences）的精神下，商討了世界秩序的重建（the reconstruction of world order）以及與前殖民國(guó)家的關(guān)系（the relationships with former colonial powers）等議題。

會(huì)議提出了處理國(guó)際關(guān)系的十項(xiàng)原則，強(qiáng)調(diào)尊重所有國(guó)家的主權(quán)和領(lǐng)土完整（underline respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity），體現(xiàn)了亞非人民為反帝反殖、爭(zhēng)取民族獨(dú)立、維護(hù)世界和平而團(tuán)結(jié)合作、共同斗爭(zhēng)的思想和愿望，被稱之為萬(wàn)隆精神（Bandung Spirit）。這十項(xiàng)原則包括了1954年由中國(guó)、印度和緬甸三國(guó)共同倡導(dǎo)的和平共處五項(xiàng)原則（Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence）的主要內(nèi)容，被認(rèn)為是處理國(guó)與國(guó)之間關(guān)系的準(zhǔn)則，成為國(guó)際上公認(rèn)的處理國(guó)家關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)。

萬(wàn)隆會(huì)議最終導(dǎo)致了1961年不結(jié)盟運(yùn)動(dòng)（the Non-Aligned Movement）的興起。今年以“加強(qiáng)南南合作，促進(jìn)世界和平繁榮”（Strengthening South-South Cooperation to Promote World Peace and Prosperity）為主題的亞非領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人會(huì)議和萬(wàn)隆會(huì)議60周年紀(jì)念活動(dòng)系列會(huì)議19日在雅加達(dá)開(kāi)幕，亞非戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系（Asian-African Strategic Partnership，NAASP）將更加具體化，萬(wàn)隆精神將有新發(fā)展。
