電影產(chǎn)業(yè)促進(jìn)法
The Film Promotion Law was approved by the central government in 2016 and came into effect on March 1, 2017. It is the first set of laws and regulations targeting China's cultural industry.
2016年,中央政府通過(guò)了《電影產(chǎn)業(yè)促進(jìn)法》,并于2017年3月1日生效。這是我國(guó)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)域的第一部法律。
The aim of the law includes promoting the film industry and socialist values in China and regulating the domestic film market.
該法旨在促進(jìn)電影產(chǎn)業(yè)健康繁榮發(fā)展,弘揚(yáng)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀,規(guī)范電影市場(chǎng)秩序。
The law set clear regulations on the following problems in film industry: box office cheats, illegal recordings of films shown in theaters, the social and moral standards of cast and crew, improper screening scheduling and commercials during screening.
《電影產(chǎn)業(yè)促進(jìn)法》對(duì)電影產(chǎn)業(yè)的一系列問(wèn)題作出了明確規(guī)定,包括票房作假、對(duì)影院放映的電影進(jìn)行非法錄音錄像、電影演職人員的社會(huì)道德標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、排片不當(dāng)和放映期間廣告宣傳不當(dāng)。
The law states that theaters should reasonably allocate showing schedules for domestic productions and that no less than two-thirds of all screening times should be dedicated to domestic productions each year.
法律規(guī)定,電影院應(yīng)當(dāng)合理安排國(guó)內(nèi)攝制電影的放映場(chǎng)次和時(shí)段,并且放映的時(shí)長(zhǎng)不得低于年放映電影時(shí)長(zhǎng)總和的三分之二。
